This document is based on the PROTOCOL OF MEASURES AGAINST COVID19 regarding the organization of sport event at forest park Bôr Turčianske Teplice on May 30, 2021.
This protocol is a ‘living document’ that contains the information and measures currently available, in accordance with the latest information provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Slovak Republic Ministry of Health, and all the competent authorities; and is subject to adaptations if the competent state and/ or regional governments update the health protocols.
Entry to Slovakia:
All foreign racers and staff of their teams after online race registration on following link www.cyklistikaszc.sk/sk/mtb-cross-country/kalendar have to send list of all registered team members, with their date of birth and ID number to following e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org based on that organizer will arrange permit / confirmation for entry of Slovakia without obligation to go to COVID 19 quarantine due to participation on international race event XCO Turčianske Teplice.
All racers are allowed to enter Slovakia only with negative Antigen test not older than 48 hours or RT-PCR test not older than 72 hours from entry Slovakia.
Both documents negative Covid-19 test results and conformation about participation at race have to be available to present at crossing borders with Slovak republic.
Entry to event venue:
Into the race venue only online registered racers and staff will be permitted to enter.
ANY PERSON WITH SYMPTOMS COMPATIBLE WITH COVID-19 OR WHO IS QUARANTINED DUE TO CLOSE CONTACT WITH AN INFECTED PERSON SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION.
If any participants of venue has following symptoms should not enter the race Fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Muscle or body aches, Headache or New loss of taste or smell.
During racers presentation - distribution of racing numbers only one person on behalf of whole team will be present at race office with all racers and staff members IDs and negative AG tests not older than 12 hours from official start of the event (official start of event is on friday, May 28, at 17:00). The condition of the negative test for Covid-19 disease can be replaced by the confirmations stated in § 7 of the currently valid Decree of the PHA of SR no. 208/2021 V.v. (In case of update and change in the decree, we will update the information in the Covid Protocol at www.kphc.sk)
Organizers are allowed to measure temperature of all participants during entry of venue.
All participants of the event are obliged always wear FFP2 face masks.
Riders are allowed to ride without face mask during warm up rounds and race. Face mask can be taken off on start place 5 min before start of the race.
The organization is only responsible for providing masks to the staff members and volunteers, as well as an amount of contingency to meet medical needs.
The rest of the participants and authorized persons must bring their own equipment
Registration and whole race venue is organized in way to minimize personal contact, minimum distance of 2 meters is requested to follow.
At all reasonable places is available hand desinfection.
Health emergency situations:
In any health emergency situation please contact medical service available during event at start of the race.

TEAM MANAGERS MEETING
No team managers’ meeting will be held. All information will be distributed by communique.
Feed and Technical Assistance Area
Only team staff with a feed zone pass can enter the area.
Respirators (FFP2 or KN95) must be worn at all times.
Commissaires shall keep their distance from the teams where possible.
Distance between the podium steps should be respected.
Only 1 official will be allowed on stage but without contact with riders.
Trophies will be on the steps for the first three competitors.
You can pick up the prize money according to the UCI schedule at the race office after the podium ceremony.
